Our WINE SELECTION is locally produced by CHARLES DECKER, DOMAINE VITICOLE, a winemaker born and raised in Luxembourg’s picturesque Mosel area, where his family successfully operates their wine business in the town of Remerschen for many generations. In the 1990s he was the first one in the Grand Duchy who made Pinot Noir, today his wines have won awards across Europe.
RIESLING (25€)
Famous, infamous: Our Luxembourg Riesling. This highly ripe variety was harvested in October 2016. Charles Decker describes it as aromatic, fruity and mineral. Citrus aromas and ripe exotic fruits radiate summer vibes, all year round and all day long.
PINOT GRIS (23€)
That's the taste of Italy... and even of the “Moselle”! Those who like Pinot Gris will love this one: full-bodied and extra-rich, balanced and pleasing, with a variety of subtle aromas of quince, nuts, figs... Slightly smoky notes make this Pinot Gris almost mystical.
PINOT NOIR (29€)
The Pinot Noir is the Grande Dame of wines, world famous and widespread, and rightly so. Charles Decker`s variant from Remerschen spoils with aromas of fully ripe cherries, which liaise with the typical smell and taste of oak wood. One can hardly end an evening more sensual than with this dense Pinot Noir in its intense dark red colour.
CRÉMANT (26€)
Hardly any occasion is celebrated in this country without crémant! The bubbles of this sparkling dry wine are most welcome guests anytime and anywhere. Fresh, fruity, mineral, with a subtle, elegant touch of acidity - with this crémant you can pop the cork and go wild.
TWISTED CAT BEER (6€)
Born and brewed in Luxembourg, this fine craft beer is a new kid in town since 2018. As the first of its kind - a bridging beer brewed in a new style – Twisted Cat flirts with both ladies and gentlemen by seducing tongues with mango and passionfruits aromas yet keeping its dry-style. The cosmopolitan makers and supporters who brought this kitten to life are from Luxembourg, France, Ireland and the USA, conquering the global beer market while keeping Luxembourg as its base.
LODYSS (free)
Drinking water is important - for your health, but also for your skin. Mummy and the advertising industry remind us of this as often as they can. That's why we are happy to provide you with a bottle of still and a bottle of sparkling mineral water free of charge.
The Luxembourgish mineral water LODYSS is obtained from a spring located at a depth of 317 m. As a product of the "Brasserie Nationale Luxembourg" located in Niederkerschen (french Bascharage) in the south of the country, it is 100% local and 100% natural too, healthy for the whole family as well as for the environment (glass bottles exclusively).
